Flush Joint

The patented Logan Scope Flush Joint provides a valuable, economical and safe means to forward circulate sand away from the pump intake, since normal flushes do not always bring production back. Sand bridges between zones can be removed to aid oil or gas flow up the annulus, especially in wells with multiple zones.

The Logan Scope Pump-to-Surface (PTS) system utilizes the production flush joint to aid in pumping oil and/or sand down the flowline. Using a simple set up, the polish rod is mechanically attached to the flush joint, which strokes the tubing during the pumping process.

The compact Logan Scope Sure Seal Stuffing Box (patent pending) is designed to prevent debris from reaching primary and secondary packing in severe wells. It is most effective on wells with viscous heavy oil and high sand cuts, and has been proven to increase runtimes and reduce environmental issues.

Spring-Loaded Tag Bar

Foam Head

Logan Scope's innovative Spring-Loaded Tag Bar acts as a slotted tag bar that easily allows the option of direct circulation. This is the most effective and economical way of circulating in heavy oil sand-laden wells. The process involves minimal tubing weight to close the tag bar, which enables fluid movement through the bottom of the tag bar to remove sand bridges at the pump intake.

Spincat Tools

Self-Powered Rotation

The patented Spincat family of tools provides a simple, self-rotating solution for downhole coiled tubing units and are very useful in horizontal wells. They are designed for the removal of plugs, scale, and failed linings. The viscous fluid governor controls rotation speed to maximize jet power delivered to the tubing walls. By using only a few rotating jets, each jet is bigger with hard-hitting power. The replaceable jets are efficient, and clean recesses and irregular surfaces without damaging the well pipe.
